DRAIMS - Digital Radio & Audio Integrating Management System.
This is a digital system that changes the system of the existing flight deck audio system. The Digital Radio Management Panel (DRMP) combines the functions of (and replaces) the legacy:
• Audio control panel.
• Radio Management panel (and standby navigation function).
• ATC/TCAS Control panel.
Additionally due to the changes in the wiring/data buses, the AMU is a new standard.
