DGCA LOGIN GUIDELINSE EGCA SIGNUP FOR MAINTENANCE PERSONAL

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer get unique User ID, which is required to avail services of DGCA. 

The pre-requisites for registering an aspirant Aircraft Maintenance Engineer are mentioned below: 

• Age must be at least 18 years. 

• Email Id and/or mobile number should be valid and not already registered with eGCA. 

• Must have at least one Identity proof. See List of applicable Identity proof . 

• Must have Proof of Date of Birth (DoB). See list of applicable Proof of Date of Birth (DoB). 

• Must have copy of 12th marksheet or equivalent. 

• Scanned Photo and Signature 

List of acceptable Documents as Proof of Identity

 

• Driving License 

• Passport 
• Aadhar card 
• Airport Entry Card – Issued by BCAS 
• Voter ID 

• Dependent Card issued by Defense Organization 

• Ration Card, if candidate’s photograph is printed therein 

• Central/ State Govt. Health Cards with photograph of the candidate printed therein 

• PAN Card 

• Service Identity Cards with photograph issued to employees by Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Public Limited Companies 

• Health Insurance Smart Card issued under the scheme of Ministry of Labour 

• Photo Passbook of running Bank Account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only)

List of acceptable Documents as Proof of Date of Birth (DoB)

• Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths or the Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority, whosoever has been empowered under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 to register the birth of a child born in India. 

• 10th standard Pass Certificate/Marksheet 

• Passport 

• Aadhaar 

• Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC) issued by the Election Commission of India. 

Photo Upload Guidelines

·         Photograph size: 400 pixels width x 400 pixels height

·         Photograph must be a recent passport style color picture

·         The photo graph is allowed to be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG formats only

·         Maximum File Size of upto 1 MB is allowed for uploading the photograph

·         It should have full face, front view, eyes open, expression on the face should look natural (eyes open and clearly visible and clearly visible and must not be covered by hairs, mouth closed, preferably no smiling)

·         Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin, Center head within frame

·         In case flash is used, make sure eyes are not projected in red colour

·         The background should be a plain light colored background preferably white background

·         Do not wear cap, sunglasses or hats while getting your photograph clicked as it will hide your face

·         Head coverings are not permitted except for religious reasons, but the facial features from bottom of chin to top of forehead and both edges of the face must be clearly shown

·         The light should be even and balanced to avoid shadows on the face & in the background

Eyeglasses

·         Glare on eyeglasses should be avoided with a slight upward or downward tilt of the head

·         No tinted or dark glasses

Do’s and Don’ts for a Proper photograph

·         The photo should capture full face, front view, with eyes open

·         The head should be in the centre of the frame

·         There should be no distracting shadows on the face or background

·         The height of the face should measure between 31 mm and 36 mm from chin to crown of head (natural top of head). (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches)

 

Signature Upload Guidelines

·         The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink

·         The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person

·         Signature size: 400 pixels width x 400 pixels height

·         Maximum File Size of upto 1 MB is allowed for uploading the photograph

·         Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS is not permitted

Password Hint:

·         Password should be at least 10 characters

·         Password should have at least one capital letter(A-Z)

·         Password should have at least one number(0-9)

·         Password should have at least one special character out of these acceptable characters (.!@$%^&*()_+-=)

·         A password should not contain any space.

·         Please do not use any other special characters not included on the above list, (for example, ~ #" ').

·         Please make sure you DON'T accidentally leave a space at the beginning, end or in middle of the password.
